Diana Martinez joined the human resources department at Geminus Corporation in May 2011. Ms. Martinez manages all facets of the day-to-day human resources operations for managers and employees for Regional Health Systems. Ms. Martinez holds a master's degree in business administration and human resources management and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Society of Human Resources Management of Northwest Indiana.
Chriselle Asuma-Irion joined Geminus in May 2017. She provides HR services and support to Geminus Head Start, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development. Ms. Asuma-Irion holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University, and is continuing her education in human resources.
Lynette Barnwell joined Geminus as a human resources business partner in July of 2013. She collaborates with management at Regional Mental Health Center, Lake Park RBA, Regional Health Clinic, and two of our residential group homes. Ms. Barnwell earned an master's degree in human resources from Keller Graduate School and a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris College.
Sondra Sheely started at Geminus as a part-time human resources employee, and was promoted to benefits coordinator in 2019.
Dee-Dee Shoemaker began her career with Regional Health Systems in 1981 working for Tri-City Mental Health Center (now Regional Menteal Health Center - Stark Center). Ms. Shoemaker has provided critical human resources administrative support, helping thousands of employees in her almost 40-year history with the company. Ms. Shoemaker's human resources philosophy is inspired by a favorite quote from Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
Brooklyn Russell began at Geminus as a temporary assistant in October 2018. In June 2019, she joined the human reosurces department as a permanent assistant, providing administrative support to the entire department. Ms. Russell holds a master’s degree in rhetoric & composition and a bachelor’s degree in professional writing from Purdue University.
