To be considered for admissions into a Head Start program, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Fill out and submit the admissions inquiry (pre-application) form below. A member of our staff will contact you to schedule an appointment to begin the application process. For faster service, call your preferred Head Start location to schedule an appointment.
Step 2: Complete the intake appointment at your preferred Head Start location. Be prepared to bring the required documentation.
Step 3: Upon completing the intake appointment, the Head Start location will notify you of your child's enrollment and next steps.
Geminus Head Start follows Indiana child care licensing and national Head Start regulations. All enrolled children are required to complete a school physical exam each enrollment year and a dental exam every 6 months. Please have your medical and dental provider complete the appropriate medical and dental form listed below. If you do not have a medical or dental provider, please contact your Head Start location's program assistant for help.
